NEW ASPECTS INTRODUCED BY THE NEW EU DIRECTIVES ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

ARIC organized on January 16, 2015 the presentation “New aspects introduced by the new EU directives on public procurement”.

The presentation was conducted by the certified trainer Diana Antofie, lawyer and affiliated member of ARIC.

The topics addressed covered the different types of procurement procedures, procedural requirements and reductions in cost of acquisition (European single procurement document), award criteria, regulating aspects of changes in awarded contracts – new aspects introduced by the European legislator.
