The re-arranged area is part of Timisoara Fortress Urban District, has an intervention area of 45,923 square meters of which 32,890 m2 public squares and 13,033 m2 streets and pedestrian zones associated (with a length of 1,207 m). The works comprise the full rehabilitation of water supply networks, sewerage, heating, telecommunications, public lighting and road infrastructure.
